Vanessa studied Interior Design at Chelsea College of Arts and brings her expertise to the forefront of our home construction projects. Working alongside Rob, she is instrumental in translating creative concepts, from moodboard palettes to the final product, contributing significantly to the ever-evolving, inspiring homes that Greenplan delivers to our clients.

Since joining the company in 2013, Sonny has gone from strength to strength and now oversees all Construction related elements of the Greenplan business. With a relentless drive for outstanding quality, Sonny has won NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 5 years in a row, won an NHBC regional Seal of Excellence and also reached the last 6 in the county.

Ed Cookson
Ed, who has been with the company since 2020, oversees all commercial and technical matters. His extensive experience across Regional Housebuilders, National Housebuilders, and Groundwork subcontractors plays a critical role in advancing our home development projects at Greenplan.

No office is complete without an office dog and Kenny makes regular appearances in the Greenplan offices with Rob. Named after one of Rob’s footballing hero’s, Kenny Dog-leash is not shy in coming up and asking for a bit of fuss!
